He flew it in from Seattle arriving yesterday)

Yes the window if for observing. The paint job will look even better when the white "sign" comes off and the new N number is on.

Their first 206 is a in Carlsbad CA now having the camera installed. The following YouTube shows their aircraft N916ST before they purchased it. It is a Soloy Mark II Sentinel,.
